1. Introduction Welcome to Silver City Home, located in Argyroupoli, Athens, Greece. We offer hotel-apartment accommodations with all standard amenities. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Bookings
- Bookings can be made through our website, booking platforms, or Airbnb.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide valid identification at the time of check-in.
3. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking (or a payment in advance – it’s upon the owners of the establishment).
- Accepted payment methods will be listed on our booking platform.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made 15 prior to arrival for a full refund. 7 days for half refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00.
- Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
6. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect other guests and property staff, and to take care of the apartment and its amenities.
- Any damages to the property or its contents must be paid for by the guest responsible.
- Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise are not tolerated and may result in eviction without a refund.
7. Amenities and Services
- We provide all standard amenities. Please note that breakfast and daily housekeeping services are not included.
- Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and store personal data of guests as required by local law and GDPR regulations.
- Personal data is strictly used for the purpose of fulfilling our service obligations and legal requirements.
